TRAINING VIDEO LIBRARY · LOS ANGELES

Capture what your best people know.

Training is currently a senior person repeating themselves. Every new hire gets a slightly different version, quality depends on who trained them, and when that person leaves, the knowledge leaves with them. Record it once and everyone gets the good version.

THE PROBLEM

What inconsistent training costs

01

Nobody's trained the same way

  • Quality depends entirely on who happened to be free that week.

02

Your best people are teaching

  • The person you can least afford to lose to a classroom is in the classroom.

03

Knowledge walks out

  • One resignation and a decade of process leaves the building with them.

04

A second location doubles it

  • Everything that's fragile at one site is twice as fragile at two.

QUESTIONS

The things people ask

Do we need a script?
No. That's the point. We run a structured interview with your subject-matter expert and build the module from what they actually say. Scripted training reads as scripted training.
Which LMS do you deliver to?
Tell us which one and we build the exports to its spec. If the modules don't conform, we re-export at no cost. SCORM authoring is scoped separately — ask before you assume it's included.
What happens if the employee in a module leaves?
This gets agreed in writing before filming, because it comes up. Most companies keep internal use and retire the module at the next refresh. We'll raise it early rather than after the fact.
Do you write the curriculum?
No. We're not instructional designers. We capture and structure what your experts know — if you need curriculum design, bring in a specialist and we'll produce to their outline.
Can these satisfy a compliance requirement?
We make no claim that they do. If training has a regulatory obligation attached, your compliance team defines what satisfies it and we produce to that spec.

Let's capture what they know.

Fifteen minutes, no deck. Tell us what's broken and we'll tell you what we'd do about it.
