How early should I reach out?
Two to three weeks out is ideal for standard events. Six or more weeks for multi-day campaigns or activations. We hold dates on signed quote.
What does same-day delivery actually mean?
Selects are edited, color-graded, and in your Dropbox by end of shoot day. Campaign and multi-camera cuts follow within 72 hours.
Do you shoot photo and video, or just one?
Both. Every event engagement includes a multi-discipline crew — video, photography, and a second shooter minimum.
Can you cover events outside Los Angeles?
Yes. Travel available nationwide. Flight and hotel are quoted per engagement.
How many people are on the crew?
Minimum two (lead plus second). Larger activations scale up to full multi-cam productions with dedicated B-roll operator, drone, and step-and-repeat.
What formats do you deliver?
Full-res raws, web-optimized selects, short-form cuts (9:16 and 1:1), and an edited highlight reel. Custom edit specs available on request.
