QUESTIONS
The things people ask
How long does each person take?
Around five to eight minutes each. We run a rolling schedule so people come down between meetings rather than losing a morning.
Is hair and makeup included?
No. We can coordinate it as an add-on, but it's scheduled and billed separately. Most teams skip it and it still looks good.
What if someone hates their photo?
Everyone gets two retouched frames chosen from a real selection, so this is rare. If it happens, we'll cover it at the next scheduled on-site day.
Can you match photos we already have?
If the existing set was shot well, usually yes. If it wasn't, matching it is the wrong goal — replacing it is.
What do people need to wear?
We'll send wardrobe guidance ahead of the day. Solid colors, avoid tight patterns, bring a second option.
