CONFERENCE CONTENT · LOS ANGELES

Your conference should outlive the conference.

Most events get a highlight reel three weeks later, by which time nobody cares. We build the content system while the event is still running — keynote edits, session cuts, testimonials, and social pulls that keep working for a year.

THE PROBLEM

What a six-figure event usually produces

01

One reel, three weeks late

  • By the time it lands, the audience has moved on and the momentum is gone.

02

Sessions nobody can rewatch

  • The best twenty minutes of your year exists only in the room it happened in.

03

Sponsors with nothing to show

  • You promised them visibility. A group photo is not visibility.

04

A year-long gap

  • Nothing to post between this event and the next one.

2–3

cameras on the keynote, no broadcast truck

20

social pulls from a single event day

48hr

to the finished hero recap

PROCESS

Four steps, no mystery

STEP 1

Run of show

You send the agenda. We build the coverage plan around it.

STEP 2

Pre-event call

Camera positions, stage access, sponsor obligations, drop cadence.

STEP 3

Event day

We shoot it. Social cuts start landing before you're done.

STEP 4

The library

Sessions, testimonials, and the archive, organized and delivered.

QUESTIONS

The things people ask

How soon do the first cuts go out?
Social pulls start landing during the event on the Content Engine and Content Engine+ packages. The hero recap follows within 48 hours. Session edits are delivered inside 14 days.
Do you handle livestreaming?
We can push a clean multi-camera signal to your platform. We don't own the streaming infrastructure — your AV team or venue provides the encoder and connection, and we plug into it.
What about attendee permission?
Recording at an event with a live audience requires consent from the people in the room. We'll tell you exactly what signage and registration language you need in place before the day.
Can you cover sponsor obligations?
Yes, if we know about them ahead of the event. Sponsor deliverables are scoped explicitly so nothing gets discovered on the day.
What if the event moves or cancels?
Dated events get their own cancellation terms, agreed in writing before booking. We block multiple days months in advance, so those terms are stricter than our standard shoot terms.
