Welcome. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, software, and content owned or operated by Bigger Dreams Entertainment ("we," "us," or "our"), including biggerdreamsco.com, the Wish You Were Here live music series, the WYWH Automation Studio internal tooling, and any related social media activity we conduct from accounts we control.
By visiting our site, watching our content, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site or our services.
1. Who we are
Bigger Dreams Entertainment is an independent production company based in Los Angeles, California. We produce original short-form video, live music programming (Wish You Were Here), and creator content (OneTakeJake). Everything we publish on social platforms is content we own or have explicit rights to publish.
2. The WYWH Automation Studio tool
WYWH Automation Studio is internal software we use to schedule and publish our own approved content to social media platforms we control — including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The tool is personal-use software operated solely by Bigger Dreams Entertainment. It is not offered to third parties, and there is no public sign-up.
When the tool authorizes against a third-party platform on our behalf, it does so under credentials that belong exclusively to Bigger Dreams Entertainment, and only for accounts we own. The tool reads our own approved content from a private Google Sheet and a private Google Drive folder, and uses each platform's official API to publish on schedule.
All content scheduled by the tool is reviewed and approved by a human operator at Bigger Dreams Entertainment before any post is published. Nothing is auto-generated and pushed live without human review.
3. Platform terms apply
Our use of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and any other social platform is subject to those platforms' own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Nothing in these Terms overrides those. If a platform's rules conflict with anything written here, the platform's rules control how we operate on that platform.
4. Content ownership
All original content we produce — videos, photos, captions, designs, and creative assets — is the intellectual property of Bigger Dreams Entertainment or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use our content without written permission.
If you appear in our content as a performer, guest, or attendee, separate written agreements govern your appearance. Those agreements control over these Terms with respect to your specific footage.
5. Third-party services
Our internal tooling integrates with third-party services including Google (Sheets and Drive for content management), Anthropic (for draft caption generation, reviewed by a human before any post), and the social platforms we publish to. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their behavior, downtime, or changes to their terms.
6. No warranty
The biggerdreamsco.com site and any tools or content we make available are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bigger Dreams Entertainment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or content. Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
8. Changes
We may update these Terms when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
