3 reasons your last video didn't get shared.

Drop a link to your most recent video. We record a free 60-second teardown over your actual footage — what's killing the hook, where the pacing dies, and why the package isn't earning the click. Then exactly how we'd fix each one.

What's actually going wrong

It's almost never the footage.

Six years of shooting for labels, brands, and venues — the same three problems show up in almost every video that underperforms. All three are fixable without a reshoot.

01

The hook arrives late

Viewers decide in under 2 seconds. If the best moment of your video is at 0:19, nobody who needed to see it ever did. We show you the frame that should've been first.

02

The pacing flatlines

Same shot length, same energy, no escalation — retention graphs die in the middle. We mark the exact cuts where people leave and what an editor would do instead.

03

The package doesn't sell it

Cover frame, caption, first line, format for the platform. Great videos die with weak packaging every day. We grade yours against what's winning right now.

Fair questions

Before you ask

What's the catch?

None inside the teardown — it's straight feedback, no pitch. If you like how we see your footage, some people ask what working together looks like. That conversation only happens if you start it.

Why only 4 per week?

A real person records each one between shoot days. Four is what stays honest. When the week's slots fill, you roll to the next week — first in, first out.

Who's actually watching my video?

Jake Douglas — director at Bigger Dreams, shooting for artists, brands, and venues in LA since 2020. The same eyes that cut content for Adidas, HBO, and SoundCloud watch your footage.

My video is old / low quality / embarrassing.

Perfect. The rougher the footage, the more useful the teardown. We're grading decisions, not gear.
