# Data Deletion

WYWH Automation Studio (the "App") is a personal-use scheduling tool operated by Bigger Dreams Co. It is used solely to manage scheduled social media posts for accounts owned and operated by Bigger Dreams Co. and its founder, Jake Douglas. The App does not have third-party users and does not collect data from anyone other than the operator.

## What data the App holds

The App stores only the following types of data, on the operator's local machine:

- Authentication tokens issued by Meta (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts), Google (YouTube, Google Drive, Google Sheets), and TikTok, granting the App permission to publish content on the operator's own accounts.

- Account and Page metadata required to route posts to the correct destination — Page IDs, Instagram User IDs, Page display names.

- Posting history — JSON records of which clips were published, when, and to which platform, used for the operator's own analytics.

- Content metadata read from the operator's own Google Sheet — clip filenames, captions, scheduling times, and approval status.

The App does not:

- Collect or store data about anyone other than the operator

- Read data from social media accounts owned by anyone other than the operator

- Share, sell, or transmit any data to third parties beyond the platform APIs required to publish content

## Requesting deletion of your data

If you believe data of yours has been collected by this App and you would like it deleted, contact:

Please include:

- The platform the data relates to (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

- Your account name or ID, if known

- A short description of the data you want deleted

We will respond within 30 days, confirm the deletion, and provide a record of what was removed.

## Revoking the App's access yourself

You can revoke the App's access to any connected platform at any time. Once access is revoked, the corresponding tokens become unusable and the App cannot read or write any further data on your behalf:

- Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → WYWH Automation → Remove

- Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → WYWH Automation → Remove

- Google (YouTube, Drive, Sheets): https://myaccount.google.com/permissions → WYWH Automation → Remove access

- TikTok: Settings → Privacy → Authorized Apps → WYWH Automation → Revoke

After revocation, any tokens stored locally by the App are inert. Local token files are deleted from the operator's machine when the connection is no longer needed.
